Samuel H. Hernandez was called home to be with The Lord on April 30, 2018. He is proceeded in death by his father Pablo Hernandez Campo, Mother Francisca Hernandez Merld, his sister Alicia Hernandez. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Angelica Hernandez, his brothers Pablo Hernandez, Benjamin Hernandez, Gilberto Hernandez, his sister Delia Hernandez. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 3rd,2018  at San Antonio Mortuary from 3:30 - 8:30PM with a prayer service to be held at 7:00PM. On Friday May 4, visitation will begin at 8:00 to 10:00AM Interment will follow at First Memorial park Cemetery at 10:30AM.
