Richard V. Ybarra was called home to be with the Lord on May 26, 2017 at the 89. He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ybarra. He is survived by his daughter Judith Lugo, son Andres Ybarra,sister Virginia Santos, two grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 4:30-8:30PM with a rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30AM for interment at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
