Ramiro Cruz Perez, 55 , of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on March 21, 2026. Born and raised in San Antonio, Ramiro was a proud son of the city he called home.

He is survived by his loving parents, Juan and Rosa Perez ; his siblings Juan, Leticia, Ruben and his twin Evangeline ; and his beloved children, Nathan, Justin, Cheyenne And  Sebastian, . He was deeply cherished by his family, who will carry his memory forward.

Ramiro dedicated his life to taking care of his family, where his strong work ethic and skill earned him the respect of those he worked alongside and everyone he met. Outside of work, he was known for his love of music, enjoying a good beer, as well as being the best cook of the family.

Those who knew Ramiro will remember him as the funniest and toughest person you could ever meet—a true original with a larger-than-life personality. He had a way of making people laugh, even in the hardest moments, and lived life on his own terms. To many, he was simply unforgettable—a certified badass in every sense.

A memorial service will be held on March 27, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at San Antonio Mortuary.

Ramiro's strength, humor, and spirit will live on in all who knew and loved him
