Rafael Medrano was called home to be with the Lord on January 31, 2020 at the age of 31. He is preceded in death by his spouse Cynthia Garza, grandfather Marcello Vegas, grandmother Maria Vegas, sister Velia Martinez. He is survived by his sons Rafael Medrano, Zackary Medrano, daughters Alyssa Medrano, Clarissa Medrano, mother Maria Medrano, father Rafael Medrano, sisters Vanessa Medrano, Irma Martinez, brother Joe Martinez other family members & many dear friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday February 11th, 2020 from 10:00AM. to 12:00PM. Interment will be held at 12:30PM. at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
