He Is Preceded in death by his father and mother,  Martin M Herrera Sr  mother: Juanita Mauricio , Sisters: Mary Almeida, Leticia HerreraBrother: David  His legacy is carried on by his   daughters: Janie Herrera, Yvette Henry, Rebecca Herrera, Elizabeth Cardenas, Erica Gonzalez, Krystal Pineda brothers: Richard, Sam, Frank and Joey. Sisters: Carmen Reyes, Sylvia Jacobs, and  Numerous Grandchildren and 7 Great grandchildren
