Obituary

Juan Antonio Trevino Sr. passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020. He was born on July 6, 1938 in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents: Antonio and Maria Trevino, and his wife Eloisa S. Trevino.

Juan was a remarkable man. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, godfather, brother, and uncle. He graduated from Burbank High School in 1957. After high school he joined the U.S. Army. He married the love of his life Eloisa S. Trevino on April 21, 1963. They were married for 55 years and together they had four wonderful children. He owned two businesses: South Park Liquors and J.A. Trevino Trucking and Sons. While owning South Park Liquors he continued to work with the U.S. Post Office as a mail handler. After retiring from the Post Office in 1992, he started his second business called J.A. Trevino Trucking and Sons. Some of his hobbies were gardening and barbequing for his family. He was a wonderful family man who loved to joke around with everyone. He was also a wonderful caretaker to his wife prior to her passing.

He is survived by his four children, Juan Antonio Jr (Augustina), Robert Cesar, Jose Manuel (Araceli), and Elizabeth Ann (Lloyd). He had 13

grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Rene, Raymond, and Robert.

Visitation will be held at San Antonio Mortuary: 703 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX. 78211 on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 4:30PM to 8:30PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00PM.

Funeral Services will be conducted at St. Clare Catholic Church: 7701 Somerset Rd, San Antonio, TX. 78211 at 10:00AM on Thursday February 20, 2020 with interment to follow at San Jose Burial Park: 8235 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX. 78214.
