Jack Wendell McDuffie II was called home to be with the Lord on September 4, 2021 at the age of 56. He is preceded in death by his mother Anita G. Flores, grandparents Uranius & Stella McDuffie, Apalonio & Genovera Castillo, brother Simon G. McDuffie. He is survived by is father; Jack Wendell (Doris) McDuffie, brothers Eraclio Flores, Ernest Morris(Trish), Ross McDuffie(Christina), sisters Kelly A. Hernandez(Chris), Matilda Gonzalez(Raul), Cecil Rapaport(Zach), and numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held on October 1, 2021 from 10:00AM. to 12:00PM. A prayer service will be held at 11:00AM.
