Hilaria Roman Salas age 94 of Macdona Texas, whom was dearly loved, passed away on January 15, 2023. After a long life full of family and love, she passed of natural causes surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents Guadalupe and Guadalupe F. Roman and son Juan R. Salas. She is survived by Jesusa S. Salas and Orval (Bud) Segler, Alberto R. Salas and Adela Salas, Mary C. Salas, Maria H. Salas and Janie Salas. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and geat-great-grandchildren.

Hilaria Roman Salas (Lala) was a loving and caring housewife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a great storyteller. Most times her stories were humorous and loving stories of our family, her memories growing up, lessons that were learned and triumphs. She always gave beyond her means and loved beyond her words. Through all our families life challenges she defended and sheltered us from life's storms. She is and will always be with us all. Forever in our hearts, you will always be remembered as a warm embrace smiling and sharing your laughter in our memories.
