In loving memory of Guadalupe Garcia, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who passed away peacefully on March 21, 2024, at the age of 67. Guadalupe was born on December 12, 1951 and made San Antonio TX his home.  As a man with true integrity, he dedicated himself to others, serving 16 years in the U.S. Army Reserve and an Operation Desert Storm Veteran.

Guadalupe has a big personality and is very charismatic that always captured the attention of others.  He met the love of his life and best friend Amparo, providing unwavering support and love throughout their 48 years of marriage. Becoming a father was his greatest gift, he always put family first and was a guiding light, offering wisdom, encouragement, and a listening ear to his three children. As a grandfather, he brought joy and laughter to his four grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will forever be treasured.

He is survived by his loving wife, Amparo Garcia, daughter and son-in-law Melissa Solis and Jason Solis, sons, Isaac Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia Jr. Grandchildren Jayda Solis, Madison Solis, Ayden Garcia, and Gavin Garcia. Mother, Maria Luisa Garcia; brothers Jesus Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Sergio Garcia, Ramon Garcia, Juan Garcia, and sister Victoria Delgado.

Guadalupe is a great man that will deeply be missed, but his legacy of strength, love and kind heart will forever be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to have him in their lives. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was truly loved and cherished by his family and friends.
