Fred "Freddy" J. Brookhouser Jr., born June 24, 1963, passed away July 26, 2024.

Fred was born in San Antonio in 1963 to the late Fred Jay Brookhouser Sr, and Mary Martinez Brookhouser .

Fred is preceded in death by his sister, Marie  Brookhouser Kofroth. Ruth Ann Brookhouser and John C. Brookhouser.

Fred was a Father, a Cousin, a friend, a dearly beloved Brother, and an uncle. He always had a way of making us laugh. He was a mechanic who was always ready to lend a helping hand to fix your vehicle.

He is survived by his three brothers, John H. Brookhouser, Paul Rocha, and Richard (spouse Mary) Brookhouser, and his four sisters, Mary Jane Ontiveros, Gladys Brookhouser, Alicia Martinez, and Linda Antu (spouse Lou).

Fred leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

You were gone before we knew it,


and only God knows why.


In life I loved you dearly,


in death I love you still.


In my heart I hold a place,


that only you can fill.


It broke my heart to lose you,


but you did'nt go alone.


A part of me went with you,


the day God took you Home.
