Elias V. Rivera passed away on March 12, 2020 at the age of 78. He is preceded in death by his wife Sandra Rivera, son Travis Rivera, father Victoriano Rivera, mother Marina Constancio, brother David, sisters Rachel, Elizabeth, Ruth and Maggie. He is survived by his sons Steven (Stephanie) Rivera, Robert (Nancy) Rivera, brother Daniel, sister Esther, Grace and 5 grandchildren; Lianna, Sophie, Shane, Travis and Oliver. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 4:00-8:00PM. Interment will follow on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 9:30AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
