Antonio Vara Jr. was called home to be with our Lord on April 16, 2018 at the age of 65. He is preceded in death by his father Antonio C. Vara Sr. and brother Paul Vara (wife Diana). He is survived by his wife Brenda L. Vara, mother Pauline E. Vara, sons Anthony C. Vara (wife Jennifer), Edward Vara, daughters Miriam Vara, Valerie Vara, Veronica Vara (husband) Manuel Angulo), Paula Lyle, brother Andrew Vara (wife Shelia), sisters Margie Palacios (husband Loius), Theresa Pisana (husband Ronald), Patricia Vara, 12 grandchildren Alyssa, Amanda, Alexandria, Angela, Adrianna, Adam, Chris, Samantha, Lauren, Johnothan, Natalia, Matthew; 3 great grandchildren Jonah, Bennett & Genesis. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 from 4:30-8:30PM with a chapel service at 7:00PM. On Tuesday, May 1st visitation will begin at 8:00-9:00AM with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
