Alfonso Ortiz Sr. was called home to be with the Lord on October 1, 2017 at the age of 87. He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Ortiz, son Jerry Ortiz, parents Julio & Anita Ortiz. He is survived by his sons Alfonso Ortiz Jr., Charles Ortiz (Victoria Barrientes), daughters Beatrice (Carlos) Castillo, Yolanda (Joe) Castillo, Sylvia (Rudy) Santos, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 4:00-8:30PM.
